We believe safety should be accessible to everyone. You can choose to pay for your full year upfront (and save money) or spread the cost over 12 convenient monthly installments.
How the Monthly Plan Works The Setup: To activate your membership immediately, your first payment covers the first two months upfront
(e.g., £7.00 for a Single Pet).
The Schedule:
This is followed by 10 automatic monthly payments (e.g., £3.50).

Single Pet Annual Membership is £36.00 per year. This fee includes your 24/7 Guardianship, the Bio-Data Cloud Profile, and access to the £1,500 Emergency Assurance Fund. You can pay annually or spread the cost over 12 months.
If you are incapacitated, the Police or Emergency Services will call our 24/7 Helpline using your Member Tag. We immediately perform a triage, authorise urgent veterinary treatment up to £1,500, and arrange for your pet’s safe transport..
Yes. We operate across the entire UK. Our network includes over 5,000 integrated veterinary clinics, ensuring that no matter where you travel—from the Highlands to Cornwall—expert care is nearby.
When you join, we upload your pet’s medical history and your signed ‘Consent to Treat’ to our secure Cloud. In an emergency, we transmit this data directly to the treating vet, so they know your pet’s needs instantly.
