Understanding Your Monthly Membership Payments
To make joining the Pet Recovery Club as accessible as possible, we offer a convenient 12-month membership with monthly payments. During your registration process, your initial payment will cover the first two months of your chosen membership.
For instance, a single pet membership subscription at £3.50 per month will begin with an initial payment of £7.00.
Following this, you will make ten subsequent monthly payments of £3.50. The total cost for a single membership over these twelve months is £42.00 This total includes a small fee we incur from our payment processing provider, which is already integrated into the monthly amount. For direct comparison, paying for the full 12 months membership subscription upfront would cost £36.00.
We aim to be fully transparent about our pricing, and you will find complete details regarding your membership, including your right to a
14-day cooling-off period to cancel from the date of registration, within our full terms and conditions.
ASKED QUESTIONS
We are Ready For Your Any Questions
Our FAQ section addresses the most common questions about the Pet Recovery Club’s emergency pet support service.
We provide clear, straightforward information about how we help pets during road accidents, our coverage areas, membership details, and the specific support we offer when emergencies occur.
Membership starts at £30 per year, which works out to less than 9p per day. We offer different packages including Single Pet, Family Pet, and Multi-Pet subscriptions, with both monthly and annual payment options available.
If your pet is involved in a road accident, emergency services will identify your pet through their microchip or Pet Recovery Club tag and contact our 24/7 call center. Our veterinary-trained team will assess the situation and either arrange immediate veterinary care or dispatch a Pet Recovery Club sitter to provide temporary care until your pet can be safely returned home.
Yes, we are the UK’s first national pet recovery service, providing coverage across the entire country with access to partner veterinary clinics and professional pet sitters throughout the UK.
Your pet can be identified through either their microchip or a unique Pet Recovery Club tag. This information allows emergency services to quickly contact our call center and access your pet’s important details, including medical history and specific care requirements.
